Our volunteers come from all walks of life and all abilities. It doesn’t matter whether you work or not we have volunteer vacancies for evenings and/or weekends as well as daytime hours.

The Volunteer Development Project recruits potential volunteers for all the Trinity projects, which if you take a look at the work of the other projects you will see that we cover a wide area of work and geographically too – in Haslingden, Accrington, Clitheroe and Gisburn.

The beauty of volunteering is that you give what time you can spare even if it’s only one hour a month! It’s an hour of your precious time that we would welcome.

Many of our volunteers have come to us to gain work-related skills to either build their CV or to apply for paid work. Volunteering experience counts! A few of our paid staff were previously volunteers with us, and applied for paid positions that had been advertised. We are not saying that every volunteer role comes with a paid job at the end of it but it’s what experience that counts.

So do you fancy having a go at working in our Community Cinema, working with children and/or young people, driving a community mini bus, driving forward our projects by sitting on their Management Committees, could you write funding bids? Give Janet Dodd a ring on 01200 427886 or 07817 945834 or email janet.dodd@trinitypartners.co.uk
